Masochism
Can range from mild versions to extremes. In the mild renditions, activities might include bondage (being tied up for the purpose of sexual arousal), being spanked, or being overpowered by physical force. The crucial point is that they are mainly symbolic enactments done under carefully controlled conditions with a trusted partner. At the opposite end of the spectrum are genuinely painful activities such as whippings, semi-strangulation, being trampled and self-mutilation. Although sadomasochistic acts in their extreme forms can be physically and psychologically dangerous, the majority of people engaging in these behaviors do so with an understanding of the risks and stay within carefully predetermined limits.

Pedophilia
An adult's preferred or exclusive method of sexual excitement is fantasizing or engaging in sexual activity with prepubescent children. About two thirds of the victims of pedophiles are girls, most often between the ages of 8 and 11. Pedophilia predominately occurs in males, but there have been documented cases of women who have repeated sexual contact with children. The popular stereotype of the child molester as a stranger who lurks around playgrounds with a bag of candy to lure victims is not entirely correct. It is not uncommon that the pedophile is a relative, neighbor, or acquaintance of the victim. Pedophiles commonly fall into three distinct age groups: over 50, the mid-to-late 30s, and the teens. Most are heterosexual and many are married fathers. Strictly speaking, the person who has only isolated sexual contact with children is not a pedophile and may be inappropriately expressing sexual frustration, loneliness, or personal conflict. There is no single pattern of sexual activity that fits all pedophiles.

Bestiality
Engaging in sexual contact with animals. When the act or fantasy of sexual activity with animals is a repeatedly preferred or exclusive means of sexual gratification, it is called zoophilia. Bestiality usually involves curiosity, a desire for novelty, or a desire for sexual release when a partner is unavailable. Zoophilia sometimes involves sadistic acts that may harm the animal.

Furry Fandom
Furry Fandom is the classification given to people who like to dress up as anthropomorphic animals, or watch others do so. Members of this fandom watch pornography of people dressed in animal suits, and engage in the sexual acts themselves. Sometimes this can merely involve non-sexual touch and rubbing whilst in costume.

Teratophilia
Teratophilia is the sexual attraction to deformed or monstrous people. One version of Teratophilia is acrotomophilia, sexual attraction to amputees. Considerable commercial and amateur erotica is published apparently targeting people with such a sexual attraction. Persons attracted to amputees in particular are said to be engaging in amputee fetishism.

Urolagnia - Golden SHowers
Urolagnia is when a person derives sexual pleasure from urinating or watching others urinate. In some cases this can lead to urophagia, the consumption of urine. A great deal of pornography has been created for this fetish. Urolagnia is also known as “watersports” or “golden showers”.

Emetophilia = Vomit Fetish
This fetish involves vomiting or watching others vomit. This fetish is also known as a Roman Shower when the participants actively vomit on each other. A website dedicated to this fetish says: “vomiting was probably something either arousing or frightening to emetophiles at some point … it aroused powerful emotions, and the emetophier called upon these emotions for the purpose of sexual gratification.”

Blood Fetish = Blood Play
This fetish is when a person derives satisfaction from watching someone bleed, or simply seeing blood on partly or entirely naked skin. There is a large community around this fetish, however due to its controversial nature, it tends to remain underground. Blood fetishism is often accompanied by some licking or drinking blood through bloodletting. This is sometimes done by biting (referred to as “love-bites” though they are technically not) however this is not the norm due to the potential for damage from bruising or infection. Coprophilia - Scat Fetish
Coprophilia is the sexual pleasure derived from feces. The fetish can involve defecating on a partner which is called “human toilet”. This frequently includes defecating in the mouth of the other person. Coprophilia can also include coprophagia, which is the consumption of fecal matter. This can lead to serious health risks.

Crush Fetish
A crush fetish is a desire to see small insects or animals crushed to death. Inanimate objects, such as cigarettes, fruit or toy cars, can also be crush fetish stimuli. The legality of crush erotica and the actual practice of crushing varies by region. There are currently no known laws forbidding the crushing of objects and insects, however the production or trade of crush erotica involving live vertebrates is condemned by animal rights activists and is illegal in many countries including the United States and Great Britain.

Klismaphilia - Enema Fetish
Klismaphilia is the fetish in which pleasure is derived from enemas. It is sometimes regarded as a form of anal masturbation. There are many movies, magazines and websites devoted specifically to this fetish. Most klismaphiles are heterosexuals, with the female being the one receiving the enema, and the male administering it to her.

Necrophilia
Necrophilia is a sexual attraction to human corpses. This fetish can lead to grave-robbing and sexual activity with the dead body. In the United States, no federal law exists to outlaw this act, but several states regard it as a misdemeanor or felony.

Omorashi
Omorashi is a fetish subculture in Japan. It is arousal from the feeling of having a full bladder. For such fetishists, climax usually coincides with the moment of relief and embarrassment experienced when the desperate individual loses bladder control. Though there is a small community devoted to such fetishism outside of Japan, it is usually overshadowed by the more hardcore fetishes, urolagnia and urophagia. Most omorashi videos are among the most softcore of erotica, featuring innocent young women, fully clothed, who have gotten themselves into an embarrassing bathroom situation. Commonly featured are schoolgirls, female working professionals, and other women attempting to look dignified before succumbing to the urge to childishly wet themselves.

Formicophilia
This is deriving sexual pleasure from insects crawling on the body, specifically on the genitals. It is more common in developing countries, perhaps because homes are infested with insects. This could lead to an individual's genitals being exposed to insects (especially if they have outdoor bathrooms, as many developing countries do), and if this happens at a young age when they are sexually developing, they may derive pleasure from it.

Plushophilia
Perhaps liking one of your stuffed animals a little too much as a child can lead to this fetish. It is being sexually attracted to stuffed animals or people dressed in animal costumes. Some plushophiles like to masturbate using small stuffed animals, and some like to dress up in costumes and have sex with others wearing costumes. Someone who is into bestiality, but doesn't want to actually have sex with animals could also enjoy this fetish.

Vorarephilia
This is arousal by the thought of being eaten by someone, eating someone else, or watching someone eat somebody else. It is called "vore" for short. Perhaps this is related to cannibalism, but how someone develops a fetish like this, I really could not even speculate upon. It involves pure fantasy (at least hopefully it does), since it would be very difficult to make any of the aforementioned situations reality.

Inflatophilia
This fetish can vary in what the inflatophile enjoys. It can be an attraction to inflatable animals and toys, deriving sexual pleasure from wearing inflatable suits, or just being aroused from the thought of people inflating like balloons. Perhaps an inflatophile could enjoy the company of a blow-up doll a little too much. This is another fetish that any psychologist would probably have a hard time explaining.

Robot fetishism
This is a fantasy that involves the thought of having sex with a robot, having sex dressed as robots, or having sex with a person who is transformed into a robot. I'm sure that there are many geeks out there who fantasize about having sex with a perfect android woman, but this fetish can also involve fantasizing about having sex with a non-humanoid robot. I guess someone who really loves technology or science fiction could be into this.

Burusera
This is a Japanese term for a panty fetish. It is an extremely prevalent fetish in Japan. There are burusera shops in Japan that sell used schoolgirls' panties, and there even used to be vending machines on the streets where men could buy them. The men buy them to smell them. Since laws have been passed forbidding this practice with girls under the age of eighteen, young girls have still profited off of the practice by letting men pay them to simply sniff their panties under their skirts while they are wearing them. I have no idea why this has become so popular in Japan. Maybe they really enjoy their fish there? (Sorry, horrible joke.)

Erotic lactation
This is simply the breastfeeding of an adult by a lactating woman for sexual arousal. Nipple stimulation during sex is widely practiced, but erotic lactation is much more taboo. Perhaps it gives the male in the relationship a sense of security (or maybe he just gets curious about what breast milk tastes like and decides he likes it). It's a bit strange that nipple stimulation is a turn-on for women when their main purpose is for feeding babies, but I guess evolution has some reason for it.

Klismaphilia
This is deriving sexual pleasure from receiving an enema. It's not too surprising that people can get aroused from it, especially if they enjoy anal sex. A klismaphile may also enjoy pornographic films that portray someone receiving an enema and deriving sexual pleasure from it.

Hybristophilia
It's amazing what our minds can cause us to derive sexual pleasure out of. We may not understand why we are attracted to certain things, but there is usually an underlying cause that gets imbedded in the brain at some point at time (usually as a child) that leads to these fetishes and paraphilias. Just be careful on which ones you act upon and be aware that some fetishes may hurt and disturb

Sadomasochism.
People who find cruelty and humiliation sexually stimulating are known as sadists (pain-givers) and masochists (pain-receivers), and their punishing sex play is referred to as sadomasochism, or S&M. Whipping and spanking are two common ways to inflict punishment during sex. They can be light and liven up "normal" lovers' sex lives or out of control and fraught with danger.

Exhibitionism.
Psychiatrically speaking, exhibitionists are people who display their private parts in public to an unwilling audience, for sexual gratification. The psychological damage can be serious, particularly to children who are subjected to seeing genital "exhibition."

Voyeurism
From the French word "voir," meaning "to see," a voyeur describes a person who is sexually excited by spying on someone getting dressed, undressed or engaging in a sexual activity. Voyeurism is viewed as a serious crime, writes Dr. Ruth in her Encyclopedia of Sex, not only because the people being watched have no knowledge, but because the Peeping Toms sometimes assault the people they are spying on.

Swinging and Group Sex.
